By using Services or continuing your interactions with us, you confirm your understanding and consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and processing of your Personal data. We collect and use your Personal data to provide and improve the Services.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of this policy and via email and/or a prominent notice on our Website. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

DATA WE COLLECT

Personal Data. Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an identified or identifiable individual. It does not include anonymous data, which cannot be linked back to the individual. Usage Data includes user content - any text or other content (including audio) that you enter into the message field and send through the Services, as well as any other text or content generated by AI via the Services. You may utilize, share, and make use of user content for your own purposes, while adhering to the regulations and limitations stated in our Terms of Use. Nevertheless, utilizing User Content comes entirely under your personal risk, and you take on all potential hazards and obligations linked with such utilization. It is your exclusive duty to guarantee adherence to relevant laws while employing User Content. Please note that the processing and generation of AI-generated User Content are facilitated by a third-party service provider, namely OpenAI, L.L.C.

Children’s Data. Our Services are directed at adults, and are not intended for children. We therefore do not knowingly collect data from children. Any data collected from a child before their age is determined will be deleted. If you believe we may collect information from or about a child under 18, please contact us immediately.

WAYS WE USE DATA

Purposes for which we may use data are:

  • to provide you with our Services and customer support

  • to improve our Services and to ensure that they are presented in the most effective manner
